Trading Strategies

Grid Master runs four live strategies, with a fifth in development. Each one is a different automated answer to the question “when should I buy and sell?”

Each vault runs a single strategy on a single pair, chosen when you create it — so a different strategy or a different asset means a new vault. Every vault shares the same non-custodial design: your funds stay in your custody, and the bot can only trade within limits you set, never withdraw. What changes between strategies is the logic that decides when and howto trade. Pick the one that matches your goal and the market you’re in.

Grid is the one most people arrive for and the hardest to judge from a one-line description. If you are still deciding whether it suits you, grid bots explained from scratch walks through the mechanics and the market conditions that break them.

Grid

Ranging / sideways markets

Places a ladder of buy and sell orders across a range and trades every swing up and down.

Best for: Earning on volatility while price stays in a band

DCA

Any market, long horizon

Spends a set amount of your quote asset to buy the base asset at a regular interval, regardless of price.

Best for: Disciplined, hands-off long-term accumulation

Accumulation

Ranging or gently declining markets

Like DCA, but only buys after a pullback and caps how high it will ever buy — for a lower average entry.

Best for: Building a position with a better cost basis

Glide

One-time trades, thin liquidity

Splits a single large order into equal slices executed one per interval to reduce market impact (TWAP).

Best for: Entering or exiting a large position smoothly

Rebalance

In developmentRotating markets, no single leader

Holds three or more assets at fixed target weights and trades back to target when any leg drifts.

Best for: Hands-off, diversified portfolio management

Which Should I Use?

Availability

Grid, DCA, Accumulation, and Glide are live on-chain today on both Solana and Robinhood Chain — real create plus keeper servicing. Rebalance is the multi-asset strategy and is coming soon: its on-chain vault and keeper are still being finalized. Each strategy page notes its current status.

Remember: no strategy guarantees a profit. Each one fits some market conditions and struggles in others. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
