Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. Non-Custodial Software

Grid Master is non-custodial software that helps you configure and run automated grid-trading strategies against your own wallet. Grid Master never takes custody of your funds, private keys, or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing in this product constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Grid trading involves risk, including the risk of total loss of funds deployed to a vault. Past performance, simulated or otherwise, is not indicative of future results.

3. Eligibility

You may not use Grid Master if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the service from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions under U.S. law administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or if you are otherwise a person with whom transactions are prohibited under applicable law. Grid Master applies a best-effort, IP-geolocation-based restriction toward this end; using a VPN or other means to circumvent it does not make your use of the service compliant, and remains your responsibility.

4. Assumption of Risk

Smart contracts, blockchains, and the third-party services Grid Master integrates with (including DEX aggregators and price oracles) may contain bugs, exploits, or experience downtime. You accept all risks associated with interacting with such systems, including but not limited to smart contract risk, market risk, slippage, and network congestion.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid Master and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will require re-acceptance before you can create a new vault or connect additional funds.
